Tre and Miki are set on being lifetime-learners and lovers of God. Tre’s desire and hope is that Christians would know God intimately and live from intimacy with Him, and to let their good deeds come from this overflow. It is a passion of his to see churches equipped and live sent with the love and power of God.
Miki’s creativity and skills allow her to be a building block of EDM as well as spread Christ’s fragrance in the world of theatre. Miki has starred in musical theatre shows across the country. Her heart is for people to live in the freedom given in Christ and to see people live powerfully in their area of giftedness, in the local church and out of it.
Anna has a heart for the business side of churches and non-profit organizations. She has her Master of Taxation from the University of Denver and her B.S. in Accounting from Binghamton University. Anna is co-founder of EDM along with Miki Reaume and Tre Reaume and is a rock of faith when others can’t see yet what God is up to. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, and fishing.
Colleen and Shandon Hart are passionate about pursuing God’s kingdom, righteousness, relationships, and unity in the Body of Christ. In addition to serving with the Elmira Discipleship Ministries family, they are active in the local church and as volunteers with the iMatter Foundation. Shandon works as a scientist for Corning Inc. Colleen has worked as an engineer for Corning and for 3M, and currently enjoys her dream job of raising their two amazing children.
Born and raised in the Southern Tier region, Ben has a heart for the people of the valley. By the grace of God, and help of close friends and family, his passion for worship and relationship has become a driving factor in his life. Ben was married to Bethany early in 2014, and they are both now enjoying being parents of their daughter Heidi Anne.
Katie is a passionate Jesus lover. From event coordinator to barista and designer, her adventures have always centered around saying ‘Yes’ to Jesus. He remains her greatest adventure. Whatever she is involved in – one thing remains consistent. Katie has an ongoing love affair with coffee. Of any kind. She’s even been known to argue that coffee is her main love language.
The oldest of 12 children, Katie has lived a real life cheaper by the dozen experience. Katie is currently the Cultural Coordinator (RA) at the Elmira Discipleship House where she fulfills her passion for teaching and discipleship as she walks with young adults in every day life. Katie’s heartbeat and mantra is a simple one: to love well.
